The Oboe Mobile program presents master classes and educational programs throughout the island of Puerto Rico, contributing to the musical development of economically-marginalized students.

Oboe Mobile Foundation (OMF) is a nonprofit corporation (501c3) founded in 2009 by the visionary Doctor Frances Colón. Premier provider of oboe education and oboe programming on the entire Island of Puerto Rico and unique in its category in both Puerto Rico and the United States, Oboe Mobile Foundation was created to offer services and educational programs related to the oboe. For over a decade, Oboe Mobile Foundation has set the standard of excellence in oboe education and programs, presenting renowned international musical figures offering innovative performing and educational experiences for our students and community.
