Oboe Mobile Foundation (OMF) is a nonprofit corporation (501c3) founded in 2009 by the visionary Doctor Frances Colón. Unique in its category in both Puerto Rico and the United States, Oboe Mobile Foundation was created to offer services and educational programs related to the oboe, a musical instrument. For nearly a decade, Oboe Mobile Foundation has carried out its offerings through programs such as the Summer Oboe Workshop, Mobile Oboe and the Oboe Bank.
