Oboe Mobile Foundation (OMF) is a non-profit corporation (501c3) founded in 2009 by visionary Dr. Frances Colón. The only one of its kind in Puerto Rico and the United States, Oboe Mobile Foundation was created to offer services and educational programs related to the musical instrument, the oboe. For more than a decade, Oboe Mobile Foundation has carried out its offerings through programs such as Kinder Oboe, educational workshops, interactive educational presentations and the Oboe Bank.
